Michigan Approved Mace Brand Pepper Spray

The selected Mace pepper spray products below are completely legal to use and carry in the state of Michigan for self defense purposes.

The state of Michigan has specific laws regarding the use of pepper spray as a self defense device. It is completely lawful under the state rules & regulations to carry a defense spray product that is an "approved' state model (see below). In general, pepper sprays must have less than a 2% concentration of active OC ingredient and have container smaller than 35 grams to be legal in this state. Also, combination pepper spray items are illegal in Michigan (MI).
